Neil has practiced law in Cumberland County for over 45 years.  In addition to his civil litigation private practice, he has served as the County Attorney of Cumberland County and has represented other counties and municipalities in litigation matters across the State.  He has also appeared as counsel of record in over 50 appellate cases in State and Federal Courts.  His primary area of practice is representing property owners in condemnation actions brought by the Department of Transportation, Units of Local Government and Utility Companies (Duke Energy, Piedmont Natural Gas, Atlantic Coast Pipeline, etc.)

In his spare time, Neil is a boating enthusiast, enjoys exercising and is an avid reader.  He particularly enjoys reading military history books.

Ad has been practicing law in Cumberland County since 1995.  Prior to moving to Fayetteville, Ad and his family lived in Greensboro, North Carolina where he also practiced law from 1985 to 1995.  He is the Town Attorney for St. Pauls and the attorney for the Mid Carolina Council of Governments.  He is also a certified Superior Court Mediator.

A huge music fan, Ad spends his free time supporting the local and national music scene attending concerts (Dave Matthews, Bruce Springsteen, and the Allman Brothers to name a few).  He has renewed his interest in playing his guitar and often joins in one of nightly open-mike jams around Fayetteville. You might also catch him running through the streets of Fayetteville or at TruFit Gym getting his exercise.  He also sings with the Saint Patrick Catholic Church Choir.

J. Thomas Neville

Thomas has been practicing law in Cumberland County since 2004. Prior to attending law school, Thomas served our country in the United States Marines as a Captain; he is a veteran of the first Persian Gulf War. He was also employed in the textile industry with Burlington Industries and Carolina Mills as a superintendent of manufacturing, giving him great insight into the corporate/business environment. He is currently the Town Attorney for Linden and Wade.

Living in Linden, Thomas is quite the outdoorsman. He is an equestrian and often spends his weekends riding his horse at various fox hunts and sailing on his boat.
